Wake up in the early morning to ensure that we don’t miss out on the golden opportunity to visit an enchanted place, a paradise of deer, mouflon and wild boar and characterised by unspoilt and respected nature.
We leave for the destination of the “Gremanu” archaeological site and along the trail we admire the highest point of the itinerary of the whole Ballu Tundu.
At Gremanu an archaeological guide will point out the details of this place, which consists of a village of huts and sacred buildings bordered by a large rectangular fence. We point out the Megaron temple from among the sacred buildings, of which a good part of the rise is preserved, as well as the circular plan temple. These temples were probably dedicated to the cult of water, which is also shown by its presence close to a source of three wells built in a row with granite blocks connected to a trough system excavated in the rock. The wells acted as a sewerage system and were used for religious rites.  A paved rectangular pool is also found, which allows the site to be dated back to the period from 1300 to 900 BC.
We leave passing by Orgoi. In the meantime our shepherd friends lay the table for us with their delicious local products.
The second leg of the journey ends at Supramonte Camping.
