Information on processing personal data
Pursuant to and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 196 dated June 30, 2003 ("Regulations concerning the protection of personal data") Consorzio Ippovie Mediterranee ("Consorzio") advises you that the data that you voluntarily provided or that was otherwise acquired or acquired in the context of the services performed will be subject to processing in compliance with the above-mentioned provisions and in compliance with the obligations for confidentiality, for which Consorzio is responsible.
"Processing personal data" is defined as any operation or number of operations, whether or not carried out with the assistance of electronic instruments, concerning the collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blockage, communication, disclosure, cancellation and destruction of data, whether or not registered in a database.
Such data will be protected, managed electronically and will be used by Consorzio for the following purposes:
- provide services;
- send informative and promotional material;
- statistical analysis for marketing purpose;
- survey of customer satisfaction degree.
The processing of the data will take place by means of instruments and/or methods aimed at ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/03 in relation to the minimum safety requirements for processing personal data in compliance with Articles 31 to 35 of the above-indicated Decree.
Data might be processed in collaboration with third parties specifically selected by Consorzio for this purpose and anyhow linked to Consorzio by a relationship of employment, collaboration or consulting.
Your personal data will not be communicated to other subjects, nor will they be subject to disclosure.
Consorzio Ippovie Mediterranee, via Papa Giovanni XXIII, 18, 08023 Fonni (NU), is the holder of the processing of personal data you provide.
Moreover, you may exercise your rights at any time with respect to the holder of the processing of personal data in compliance with Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03. The text of the Decree and the relevant provisions of the Authority for the protection of personal data are available on the Authority’s web site.
