The information about the hotels listed in this year-book is given on the basis of the price statement presented by the hotel-keepers. The Province accepts no responsibility for an error or misrepresentation.
When two different series of prices are given for the same hotel, they refer to low and high season rates, high season dates being indicated between brackets near the name of the town.
Room prices must not be higher than the prices shown at the reception desk and in the rooms.
According to the provision in force, prices may change as from June 1st. Breakfast is optional. It is charged as an extra, and it must be requested by guests.
When an extra bed is put in a room with twin beds, an additional charge may be applied. In any case extra beds may only be added to rooms of adequate size and only when guests specifically request it.
Hotel guests who should be charged higher prices than those shown here, and not be satisfied by the management’s explanation, may lodge a formal complaint, with documentary evidence, to Provincia di Nuoro-Ufficio Turismo, Piazza Italia, 7 - Tel. 0784 238861/865 - 08100 Nuoro.
Complaints regarding bad service should be presented to the Town Hall.
Booking is valid only if made and confirmed in writing. It is advisable to define clearly the terms “all inclusive” after stating the period of stay and the required accomodation.

No extra is due for service in room.
Animals
The hotel keeper may refuse animals or pets and if accepted, they are not admitted into the common rooms.
FOR EACH HOTEL THE FOLLOWING INDICATIONS ARE SHOWN
- star grading. (“A.R.” stands for serviced aparments minimum stay: 7 days);
- name of the hotel;
- address, telephone number, fax number and address when the hotel is closed (between brackets);
- A = number of rooms, B = beds C = baths;
- opening period; if no dates are given the hotel is open all the year round;
- the minimum and maximum overnight prices, for single and double bedrooms with and without private bath;
- the minimum and maximum half-board rates, per person, per day, exclusive of drinks, for stays of no less than 3 days;
- the minimum and maximum full-board rates, per person, per day, exclusive of drinks, for stays of no less than 3 days;
- the price for breakfast. “Inclusa” means that breakfast is free;
- hotel facilities symbols.

- star grading. “C” stands for camping park, “VT” for holiday village;
- name;
- opening period;
- address, telephone number, fax and address when the establishment is closed (between brackets);
- symbols of the facilities available in the establishment;
- the minimum and maximum rates for adults, children, pitches, bungalows.
